19 September | Anna Mathur x Girl Hike: Walk it Off
from Β£17.00

Need to walk it off?

Then join Girl Hike and our very special guest: Anna Mathur, psychotherapist and Sunday Times bestselling author whose new book, How to Stop Snapping at the People You Love (As Well as the Ones You Don’t) reframes anger not as shameful or dangerous but as an important signal.

Anna will be joining us on the hike to ask smart questions about our relationship to anger and get us talking while we’re walking. Join us for a circular hike from Guildford Castle, across Pewley Downs and into Chantry Woods, before finishing back at Coppa Club for a Q+A and snack with Anna. If you’ve got big feels, bring it to the trail and walk it off!

What Makes a Girl Hike?

About
Girl Hike

We believe that all women+ have the capacity to be outdoorsy, in whatever way works for them. Our mission is to help more women+ get out of their heads and into their bodies together in nature through joyful hiking experiences.

We offer a range of hikes, from community-building experiences to corporate retreats, and we collaborate with various practitioners and local businesses to bring our hikes to life.
